The FIBAsource Pre-Wound Fibre Optic Deployment Canister is supplied with G657A2 bend-insensitive single-mode optical fibre, pre-wound inside a durable black ABS canister for convenient storage, handling, and fibre deployment. Available in lengths from 3 km to 50 km, it provides a practical solution for a range of fibre installation and deployment requirements.

The fibre has a 0.27 mm ± 0.02 mm diameter and offers low attenuation of ≤0.35 dB/km at 1310 nm and ≤0.25 dB/km at 1550 nm. The fibre is supplied with an FC/UPC connector as standard, with ST, SC, and LC connector options available.

The pre-wound fibre is housed in a durable black ABS canister, helping keep the fibre organised and protected during storage, handling, and deployment. The fibre is specified for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.

Available Fibre Lengths: 3 km, 5 km, 10 km, 15 km, 20 km, 25 km, 30 km, 40 km, and 50 km.
