Shipping policy

Orders over £50 will be delivered directly to your door for free.

In-stock products will be shipped within 1-2 days after payment. Delivery time in the UK will be 2-4 days. Out with the UK the delivery time can vary but you will have this information at checkout. Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation. Following this you will receive another email with a valid tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for this tracking number to become live.

You can choose your delivery method at our checkout where you can select time and price of delivery. We are currently working with UPS, EVRI, DPD and Amazon shipping.

Out of stock products, can be purchased. If the option is not available you can request this product via our "Questions and Requests" link at the bottom of the page where a member of our team will be happy to help. This order can take between 10-21 days.

Ensure your order details are correct before finalising your payment. Once your order is shipped you cannot change the address.

If you do not have your ordered in your hands on the date you were given at time of purchase please contact our support team at fibasource@gmail.com. Include your name and order number, and we will check it out for you.
