FIBAsource was founded in 2022 with the sole goal of becoming a 'one-stop-shop' for all networking and fibre optical cable work. 2021-2022 was spent seeking the best manufacturers to provide high-quality, cost-effective products we would confidently use on our own jobs. This venture was a success and we now provide professional services, advice and product to you.

    A: Provide the title or SKU of the product you want, the quantity of the product, and your address. We will send you our prices by email.

    A: Our logistics methods vary, depending on your address, the products you need, and the quantities you require. We make sure that the logistics method we choose is the most beneficial for both of us. You will be provided with all services we provide to make your choice weighing up time and cost.

  • Q: How long is your delivery time?

    A: If the product you ordered is in stock, we can arrange delivery immediately. Generally speaking, the delivery time on UK mainland is about 4-5 days, but of course, it depends on the way of shipping. If the product you ordered is out of stock, customized or bulk-buy then we need to confirm the production time, and we will give you immediate feedback.

    A: It varies from product to product, depending on what products you customize, and production schedules. Once you tell us your customization requirements, we will provide all of the information in regards to process time and shipping dates.

    A; To begin you will provide us with:

    1. The product SKU or title,

    2. The requested customization, Add logo, colour change etc.

    3. You desired amount of this customized product.

    4. Send us any relating file in PNG format.

    Our team will then get back to you with the options available, the minimum order quantity and work hand-in-hand with you to meet your desired product specification.

    A: FIBAsource has a 12-month warranty. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions, and we will help solve your problem in a timely manner. Once you are a FIBAsource customer, you can receive technical support for life.

    A: Our team will respond to your query, problem, request within 24 hours of us receiving it

  • Q: Is all of your inventory listed on your website?

    A: No. We are currently renovating our website and have not yet updated it with all materials, cabling, fittings, tools and equipment which we offer. If you have a request for inventory which is not currently on our website or would like a price comparison with products you currently seek, let us know and our team will get back to you within 24 hours. Our site will be updated with inventory, offers, sales and content weekly throughout 2023.
